REFUND POLICY – SHRINGARINI

At Shringarini, every outfit is crafted with precision and care. We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are allowed only under approved return cases, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

A refund may be issued if:

- You have raised a return request within 2 days of delivery

- Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered

- Original tags and packaging are intact

- A proper unboxing video is provided

- The return has been approved by our team

Refunds are not applicable if:

- The product is used, damaged, or worn by the customer

- The product was purchased under sale/discount

- The item is custom-stitched or custom-sized

- The unboxing video is missing

- The return request was raised after 2 days of delivery

Shringarini reserves the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet our conditions.


🎥 2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory for:

- Refunds

- Exchange requests

- Damage or wrong item complaints

Without an unboxing video, no refund will be processed.


📦 3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Our quality check team will review the product

- If approved, refund will be initiated within 2-5 working days

- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS


💵 4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued through:

- Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

- In some cases, a store credit may be provided if requested

Cash refunds are not available for COD orders. COD orders will receive store credit only.


🕒 5. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

- Recheck your bank account/UPI

- Contact your credit/debit card provider

- Speak to your bank (some refunds take 2–7 days to reflect)

🌍 6. International Orders

- International shipping fees (approx. ₹3500) are non-refundable

- Customs duty or return courier charges must be paid by the customer

- Refund will be processed only after the product is safely returned to us


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Custom stitching / custom size orders

- Sale, discounted or offer products

- Used, worn, altered, or damaged products

- Orders returned without approval

- Products returned without tags or packaging
