1. Do you offer custom stitching?

Yes, we offer custom stitching for most of our products.
You can share your measurements with our team on WhatsApp, and we will tailor the outfit to fit you perfectly.

2. How can I choose the right size?

You can refer to our Size Chart available on every product page.
If you are unsure, our team will guide you personally to select the correct size or prepare a custom fit.

3. Are the colors of the products exactly the same as shown in photos?

We maintain high-quality photography to match the real colors.
However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings or lighting conditions.
Rest assured — actual colors always remain beautiful and true to the design.

4. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

- Ready-to-ship products: 7-9 days within India

- Stitched / Custom orders: 10-14 days (depends on design)
You will receive tracking details once shipped.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are shown during checkout.

6. What fabric and quality can I expect?

Shringarini uses premium fabrics, rich embroidery, fine finishing and artisan craft techniques.Every piece goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Custom-stitched orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept exchanges for Wrong And Damage products.
Custom-stitched or made-to-order outfits are not eligible for return, as they are tailored specifically for you.

Every piece is photographed, detailed and inspected before listing.

12. Do you offer bulk orders for weddings or events?

Yes, we take bulk and group orders for weddings, bridesmaids, family functions and themed events.
Special pricing and customization available.
