Welcome to Shringarini. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General
- “Shringarini”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the brand Shringarini.
- By using our website, you agree to follow all terms stated here.
- These terms may be updated anytime without prior notice.
2. Product Information
- All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, embroidery, or finishing due to lighting and artisan work.
- We ensure high-quality images, but actual colors may differ slightly from device to device.
- Measurements shared in the size chart are approximate.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are accepted only after successful payment.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.
- Customized or stitched orders are non-cancellable.
4. Packing Video & Unboxing Video Requirement
To maintain transparency and protect both customer and brand:
✔ We will share a packing video before dispatch.
This confirms the exact product packed in your parcel.
✔ Customers MUST record a clear unboxing video when opening the parcel.
This is mandatory for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Damage or missing item claims
Without a proper unboxing video, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted.
5. Shipping
- Domestic orders are shipped via Shiprocket. Shipping charges within India are covered by Shringarini.
- International orders have an additional shipping fee (approx. ₹3500), paid by the customer.
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner. Delays caused by courier or customs are beyond our control.
6. Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the conditions mentioned in our Return Policy.
Key conditions:
- Must be requested within 2 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact
- Unboxing video is compulsory
- Customized items, sale items, and used garments are not eligible
Shringarini reserves the right to deny returns for products not meeting the required conditions.
7. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Banks may take 3–7 working days to reflect the refund.
- If the customer refuses delivery or is unavailable, return shipping costs may apply.
8. Custom Orders
Custom-sized or custom-designed outfits are created specially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Measurements provided by the customer must be accurate.
9. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full at checkout.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, text, and content on the Shringarini website are owned by the brand and cannot be copied or used without permission.
11. Liability
Shringarini is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Wrong addresses provided by customer
- Damage caused after product use
- Customs delays for international shipments
