- All domestic orders are shipped through our verified courier partners.

- Shipping Charges: Shringarini covers the domestic shipping cost for all orders. Customers do not need to pay for delivery within India.

- Dispatch Time:

    - Ready-to-ship products: 3–7 working days

     -Customized / stitched orders: 7–10 working days, depending on design

- Delivery Time: 3–7 days after dispatch, based on your location.

- Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared on your WhatsApp/SMS/email.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via reliable international partners.

- Shipping Charges: Approximately ₹3500 (varies by country and order weight).
Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

- Who pays the charges?
→ International shipping charges are paid by the customer.

- Delivery Time: 7–15 working days depending on the destination.

- Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
→ Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer, as per the destination country’s rules.

❗ UNDELIVERED / RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO)

If the courier attempts delivery 2–3 times and the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel:

- Domestic: Reshipping charges may apply.

- International: Customer must pay full reshipping charges.
