RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – SHRINGARINI
At Shringarini, each piece is made with care and character. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help — with a clear and fair process.
RETURNS
We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery under these conditions:
-Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory — no return will be accepted without it
To request a return, email us at shringarini.helpdesk@gmail.com with the following:
– Order ID
– Unboxing video
– Clear photos showing the issue
– Invoice photo
– Short description of the problem
Once approved, return instructions will be shared. If it’s our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
- Must be requested within 2 days of delivery
- Subject to product availability
- Product must be in original condition, unused
- Unboxing video is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items bought on discount, offer, or sale are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange — unless manufacturing defect
- Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable
Refund Delays (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Please recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider – it may take a few days for the refund to reflect
- Get in touch with your bank – processing delays can occur

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns will be rejected if the item looks used, altered, or is returned without tags/packaging
- If requirements are not met, return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you
