Ready to wear
When you place a Free Size order, our team connects with you on WhatsApp to confirm. The lehenga arrives fully stitched at waist 42" and length 42". Dupatta is ready to drape. Blouse is unstitched so your local tailor can fit it to your body.
Once ready, we shoot a complete video and share it on WhatsApp. You approve, and only then do we pack. Packaging video and tracking ID are shared with you.
Made to Measure
Custom crafted
When you place a Made to Measure order, our team connects with you on WhatsApp. We send our measurement guide — fill at home, with family, or at a nearby tailor.
We create a detailed sketch of your garment with every measurement and customisation detail. You approve the sketch before we stitch a single thread. Your piece is handcrafted in 7–8 days.

We share our measurement guide
We send you our Shringarini Measure Mock-Up on WhatsApp. You can fill it yourself at home, get help from a family member, or visit any nearby tailor. Most clients complete it at home in about 10 minutes.

Your design sketch — you approve before we stitch
We create a full detailed sketch showing every measurement and every customisation choice. You receive this on WhatsApp, review carefully, and approve. We do not begin stitching until you say yes.

7–8 days in our workshop
Your piece is made by hand in our workshop. Every stitch and every detail receives full attention. If you have a question or any request, call or WhatsApp us — we are always available.
You see it before we pack
Full product video — your approval
When your piece is ready, we shoot a complete video showing every detail — fabric, embroidery, blouse, dupatta. Shared on WhatsApp. You watch and approve. Only after your approval do we begin packing.
Packed with love
Packaging video + tracking ID shared
We record the entire packaging process and share the video with you. Your tracking ID is sent immediately so you can follow your piece every step of the way until it reaches your door.
When it reaches you
Delivery and unboxing video
Once delivered, we follow up and request a short unboxing video. This lets us confirm your piece arrived exactly as it left us. Any issue — we resolve it fully and immediately, no questions asked.
